CABINET MAKER

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker with a “can do” attitude, who is good with their hands and has had some prior production experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of woodworking and carpentry techniques, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing cabinets and other furniture pieces made from raw materials, ensuring that all pieces meet the highest standards of quality. The ability to work independently and efficiently is essential for this role.

Experience Needed:

• Cabinet making.
• Hand tools experience a must but not limited to:
• Table Saw, a fixed saw blade extending through the table, with a fence, use to rip solid wood or to cut sheets of substrates in straight lines.
• Chop saw/miter saw, use for accurate cross cutter of lumber. Multiple angles and compound angles.
• Handheld and bench mounted routers.
• Sand and finish surfaces to a smooth finish.
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and knobs.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawing details.
• Fundamental tape measure reading skills.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Basic math skills
• 5 Years of experience in finishing carpentry preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Box panel construction standards
• CNC router operation experience
